Can Zoom Bait Pro – Brandon Palaniuk keep the BASS AOY Top Spot all the way to victory? Brandon currently tops the AOY roster with 811 points. Jason Christie (796) and Jacob Wheeler (778) are nipping at his heals while another Zoom Bait Pro – Casey Ashley (747) is hanging tight in fourth right now. So it all comes down to Mille Lacs Lake and this weeks AOY Tournament!
We are rooting for all of our pros that made it through the season to fish this AOY Tournament! Edwin Evers and 2016 BASS AOY – Gerald Swindle will be finishing out the season in the top of the ranks which means they are also already qualified for the 2018 Bassmaster Classic.
Jason Williamson will also be fishing this week. Currently ranked 40th, Jason will be shooting for enough points to jump a few spots and make it in the cut for the Classic. If not we might be watching for Jason next week in the Classic Bracket Tournament. Fingers crossed!!
